National Accounts Manager, New Zealand

As we embark on a new phase of growth and innovation, we are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented National Accounts Manager to drive significant growth in the New Zealand market.
Reporting to the Head of Sales (Australia) and working closely with the Adventure World New Zealand General Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans to
acquire and retain key accounts and travel partners.
Key responsibilities:
• Develop and execute sales strategy for NZ, aligned with overall business objectives.
• Build and maintain Key Accounts with key travel agencies, consortiums, and other strategic partners in NZ.
• Develop accurate Sales Forecasting and Budgeting
• Develop and implement innovative sales campaigns and promotions to increase brand awareness and drive bookings.
Skills & Experience:
• Proven track record of success in sales within the travel or a territory industry (min. 5 years)
• Strong understanding of NZ travel market, including distribution and competitors
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
