Customer Support Representative
Airline Marketing New Zealand is the representative for several International airlines in New Zealand. We are seeking a motivated person with a minimum intermediate level of airline or travel agency reservations/ticketing experience to work in our Auckland office. The role will involve Customer Service Support to both travel trade and direct customers in our Reservations office.
Key requirements for the position will be:

Airline CRS reservations and fares/ticketing knowledge (Amadeus preferred)

Strong customer service skills and a positive friendly attitude and a Team Player

Ability to speak fluent English and have excellent verbal and written communication skills combined with strong organisational and time management skills to priorities tasks and meet deadlines

A high level of accuracy

Good problem solving skills and the ability to multi task.
